Sangalli Group is an Italian company starting from a national dominant position in the glass processing in the 90’ (tempering, laminating, IGU...) during the last decade developed and succeeded also as glassmaker operating today two float furnaces for a overall production of about 400.000t of float glass, both standard and low iron.
A big part of the glass is internally processed, in the lamination coating and etching plant. In the last 15 Sangalli Group years invested more than 300 million euro in glass plants developing and managing all the technical details of the glass lines and their surroundings.

In particular the glass furnace is designed
internally as well the heat recovery systems, one running since 2010
and a second under construction. In the last years the design and
project management capability has been concentrated in Sangalli
Technologies, the spin off from Sangalli Group dedicated to glass and
energy engineering, and Today Sangalli Technologies makes available this
experience outside Sangalli Group.
Considering the glass sector, Sangalli Technologies can supply
in a “turn key” basys float glass furnaces from 500 to 800 tons/day. The
experience in the engineering and project management of the last
erected and most technology advanced furnace in western Europe is
available for new independent float glass makers. The performance and
the excellence of Sangalli furnace can be checked by potential customer
